Welcome to Mr. Vasquez's (Mr. V's) 5th Grade class. This is my third year teaching at Elkins and I love teaching your children. I am a 20 year retired veteran of the United States Navy. I really enjoyed serving my country and retired at the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7). My wife and I have five children. They are exceling very well in this school district. Your children and I will also succeed by working together and especially with the help of you. I appreciate your assistance in this coming year. Again, welcome to 5th Grade.
