     Chef Natale started teaching at HCTC in February of 2016 having come from teaching at Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts in Dallas.  Prior to her teaching career, she was a regionally recognized chef at The Four Seasons Hotel & Resort in Las Colinas.  With over 18 years of industry experience, Chef Natale facilitates the culinary program at Hollenstein Career and Technology Center based on the fundamentals of cooking with an emphasis on work ethic.  Students will learn a vast array of life skills from computer skills, communication skills, organizational skills, cleaning, team work, resume building in addition to the multitude of cooking and baking techniques. Advanced Culinary students are leading the operations of The Bistro and a number of on site caterings for the district.  We participate in SkillsUSA in the winter and spring competing in Culinary, Baking and Front of the House management.
    Chef Natale is a wife and mother living in North Fort Worth for the past 2 years. Her husband is Phil Natale, General Manager at Bob's Steak & Chop House at the Omni Fort Worth.  She has a 5 year old daughter and 4 year old son. She is a native of Kansas City, Missouri having lived in Keystone, Colorado, St. Louis, Missouri, Dallas, Texas and Brooklyn, New York.
