• BHS XC:  The 2017 XC year is over, but the training is not over yet.  We are training for the 2018 track season now!  All runners went through a 4 week bootcamp during December.  Now, they are all up to about 35-45 miles per week of base training.  First track meet is Feb. 15 at Richland.  Bring it on!
