    Glass Working

Welcome to another exciting year at Comanche! This year will be my third year teaching and I am very excited to see what the school year has to bring. To start off, I'm going to tell you a little about myself. I grew up in district, attending Eagle Mountain Elementary, Wayside, and finally Boswell. I graduated from Boswell class of 2010 before moving to Denton where I attended The University of North Texas. During my last year of college, I student taught at Lake Pointe Elementary in First and Fourth grade. I learned a lot last year and I am excited to use what I learned in the Classroom. I am very excited to be a SPUR and I look forward to a rewarding year.

I love reading and I am currently working my way through the A Song of Ice and Fire books. My favorite subject to teach is Science and World History. Outside of school I am a certified archery instructor and I have been practicing Muay Thai kickboxing for two and a half years. Recently, I have gotten to experiment with glass molding which is very exciting. I also played EMSA soccer for 13 years growing up, as well as my freshman year of high school before I switched to tennis.  I come from a very large and close family, most of which live in New York.

I look forward to not only teaching my students this year, but learning alongside them as we help each other grow and learn from new experiences!
