    • All seniors will need to be at the Fort Worth Convention Center by 8:30 AM. Do not be late.  Plan ahead for traffic, crowds etc.  You will be allowed into the Convention Center once graduation has begun.
    • Students driving themselves will need to park in the Commerce St. parking garage. It is located across the street from the water gardens and the Commerce St. Convention Center entrance.  It is $18.00 to park.  It takes cash/credit cards.
    • Parents driving their senior can drop off their senior at the Commerce St. Convention Center entrance and park in the Houston St parking garage. Students will exit on the Houston St. side of the Convention Center after our graduation has ended.  This will help parents tremendously if you all ride together.

There is another graduation right after CTHS so that is why students come in at the Commerce St entrance and exit at the Houston St. entrance.

    • Students will enter the Convention Center at the Commerce Street entrance only. The entrance has many windows. We will have signs.
    • There is a check in process for safety and dress code. Do not bring in any personal items into the convention center.  You can bring your car keys and phones.  You will check them in and check them out when you receive your diplomas at the end of graduation.

      • The Commerce St. entrance is only for the seniors and faculty.
      • A suggestion…… If you are driving your senior to the graduation, drop them off at the Commerce St Convention Center entrance and drive around to the Houston St. Parking garage and park there. All seniors will exit onto the Houston St. side of the Convention Center after the conclusion of the graduation.
    • HOUSTON STREET PARKING GARAGE-
      • This is the best location to park, as the seniors will be exiting on this side of the Convention Center. It still costs $18.00 to park but everyone can leave from this location.

      • There are elevators located at the Houston St. and 9th entrances at the Convention Center. There are no elevators at the Commerce St. entrance.

Fort Worth Convention Center does not allow signs, hanging signs, fat heads, balloons, noisemakers, confetti, air horns, etc.  Please do not bring any of those items into the Convention Center.  This is for safety reasons and allows all guests to see the ceremony without their view being blocked by signs, etc.  They will ask you to remove them if you violate this policy.
