Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Stacey DeHoyos

I earned Masters of Education from Grand Canyon University Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman's University. I began my career working with families at the Tarrant County Women's Haven and Early Childhood Intervention Services. I began working in the classroom as a PPCD teacher in Denton ISD  and in 2004 I came to Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD. Since coming to EMS ISD I have worked at Elkins Elementary, Hafley Development Center, Willow Creek Elementary, and Gililland Elementary. I have worked in various roles including Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Bilingual Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Title/Intervention Services, Family Engagement, Instructional Leadership, and Campus Administration.

I am excited about what the future holds for our campus. In my role as Assistant Principal, I will do everything possible to develop partnerships between school and home during early years in order to support all parents in becoming active participants in the education of their children. These partnerships between home and school set the foundation that supports our district’s mission to foster a culture of excellence by instilling in our families a passion for a lifetime of continuous achievement for every student that we serve.

It is my goal that, through partnerships with the school and community, every parent is empowered to be active participants in the education of their children.
