EMS high school students to showcase their business start-ups at the JA Trade Fair
Join Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD on Saturday, February 18, at Northeast Mall in Hurst to support students from Boswell, Chisholm Trail, and Saginaw high schools as they showcase the products created by their entrepreneurial start-ups.
Though Junior Achievement's Company Program, these select students have been given the opportunity to flex their entrepreneurial skills by developing business ideas and company names, learning how to market their products, and selling their products at the one day JA Trade Fair event scheduled for later this month.
The Junior Achievement of Chisholm Trail chose students from five area high schools to participate in the program this year:
Motiv8 - Spreading positivity throughout the community | Boswell High School |
Threads of Sunshine - T-shirt company | Chisholm Trail High School |
Feel the Color - Clothing labels for the visually impaired | Eaton High School |
CHAOO - Recycled aluminum art | Eaton High School |
CBC - Cozy blanket company | Saginaw High School |
Greatness of All Time - T-shirt company | Southwest High School |
Immortality Inc. - T-shirt company | Southwest High School |
Small business currently represents nearly two-thirds of the U.S. economy, which is why it is important that parents, teachers, and community leaders support entrepreneurial growth for future generations. We hope you will join EMS ISD in celebrating these young entrepreneurs by attending the JA Trade Fair on February 18, 2017.
