Scholarship applications due February 16 to EMS ISD Education Foundation
The EMS ISD Education Foundation scholarship applications deadline for the High School Scholarship and the 8th Grade Anagnostis Academic Scholarship is coming up soon on February 16. See below for details.
High School Scholarship Application
The high school student scholarship application through the EMS ISD Education Foundation can be found at www.emsef.org or in your high school campus counseling office. The deadline for applications and teacher recommendations to be turned in is Friday, February 16 by 4 pm to your campus counseling office.
Students only need to complete this single application to be eligible for dozens of local scholarships, including the EMS ISD Education Foundation, PTO and PTA scholarships, local business scholarships and more, which generally range from $500 to $1,000 each.
The criteria for selecting winners varies from scholarship to scholarship. Students must complete the entire application, along with submitting two teacher recommendation forms. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
8th Grade Anagnostis Academic Scholarship ApplicationThe Anagnostis Academic Scholarship Application is for EMS ISD eighth grade students who meet the required criteria on the application. View and download the application by clicking here.
One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to one eighth grade student district wide per school year. Upon graduation from EMS ISD, the scholarship will be paid directly to the student's college/university upon enrollment. The application, two teacher recommendations, and essay are due to your campus counseling office by Friday, February 16 at 4:30 pm.
