This is my seventeenth year to teach and coach in the state of Texas.  I grew up in Saginaw Texas.  I graduated from Boswell High School in 1999.  I was a part of the 1997 state baseball championship at Boswell High School.  I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2003 and began my career at Highland Middle School coaching football, basketball, and track.  I was at Highland Middle School for two years.  I coached at Boswell High School for one year as the freshman football, basketball, and baseball coach.  I became the varsity assistant at Saginaw High School in 2006 for Coach Gary Schiffner.  We were honored to coach and win the TABC all-star team in  2008.  I became the head coach at Saginaw High School in 2009, and am still currently the head boys basketball coach.  We have made the playoffs at Saginaw High School in 2008, as well as the past two seasons in 2013 and 2014. In 2017 we made school history by defeating Denton Ryan in overtime to advance to the Area Finals.  I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University, and I am a certified administrator.
