KRONOS is a timekeeping solution that combines time management with data collection and labor tracking, for accuracy and reliability within the time and attendance process. KRONOS also reduces the amount of time and attendance data errors passed between Human Resources, Payroll, and KRONOS system users. 
    On-Campus/Department Locations
    Please contact your Supervisor and/or Timekeeping Manager to obtain the location of the Timekeeping device. 
    District ID Badge
    All employees are required to have an updated District Identification Badge. The ID badge has a magnetic stripe which transmits employee information to the KRONOS server when punching in and out. Employees may also use the time stamp method by computer access or ergonomics (if available). For more information on ID Badges, please contact the Human Resource Department at 817-232-0880.
