What is the WATCH D.O.G.S. program? (Dads of Great Students)
This program provides an opportunity for fathers, grandfathers, uncles, cousins, and friends to have a glimpse of their child's school day. As a Watch D.O.G. you will gain knowledge of your child's interactions in the academic and social areas, just by spending the day at the school. You will impact many lives and make a difference for our Greenfield students.
Volunteers have many opportunities to help out in the classrooms, recess and our Specials classes like PE and Library. You will have the chance to spend time with your child a portion of the day and make lasting impressions with other students throughout the day. We would love to have you join our Watch D.O.G.S. team!
There are two primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program.
1. To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2. To provide extra sets of eyes and ears, to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
