March 15 for 2024-2025 application year

Texas priority deadline - Financial aid is awarded on a first come, first served basis. The sooner the FAFSA application is completed, the greater the chances for possible aid. Texas colleges and universities set March 15 as the priority deadline, meaning all financial aid applications should be completed and submitted to the institution by the January date. This may also include any institutional forms and verification the college financial aid office may require.
