Regular Board Meeting Dates

Monday, December 15, 2025 - Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, January 20, 2026 -  Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Monday, February 23, 2026 - Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Monday, March 30, 2026 - Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Monday, April 27, 2026 - Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Monday, May 18, 2026 - Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

Monday, June 15, 2026 -  Regular Meeting 5:00 p.m.

 

Board Meetings are held at the EMS ISD Dr. Jim F. Chadwell Administration Building at 1600 Mustang Rock Road, Fort Worth, TX 76179.

Report session and Public Comment Period - 5:00 p.m.
Closed session - 6:00 p.m.
Regular meeting - 7:00 p.m.

The 5:00 p.m. and the 7:00 p.m. sessions are open to the public. Beginning September 1, 2019, the public comment period during EMS ISD Board of Education meetings has been moved to the 5 p.m. report session of a regular meeting or the beginning of special-called meetings. This change complies with laws passed during the 86th Texas Legislative Session regarding open meetings.

Public Comments: Individuals wishing to address the Board regarding agenda items only must appear in person at the EMS ISD Dr. Jim F. Chadwell Administration Building between 4:20 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting to complete the Public Comment Request Form and submit it to the District Communications Office. Public comment will be held at the beginning of the meeting at 5:00 p.m.

 

 

 

 

Public Comment: Regular Meeting 

Individuals desiring to address the Board must come in person to the EMS ISD Dr. Jim F. Chadwell Administration Building between 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm on the day of the meeting to complete the Public Comment Request Form and submit it to the District Communications office. Public comment is scheduled at the beginning of the meeting at 5:00 pm.
