Report session and Public Comment Period - 5:00 p.m.
Closed session - 6:00 p.m.
Regular meeting - 7:00 p.m.
Public Comment for Regular Meeting: Individuals desiring to address the Board must come in person to the EMS ISD Dr. Jim F. Chadwell Administration Building between 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm on the day of the meeting to complete the Public Comment Request Form and submit it to the District Communications office. Public comment is scheduled at the beginning of the meeting at 5:00 pm.
The 5:00 p.m. and the 7:00 p.m. sessions are open to the public. Beginning September 1, 2019, the public comment period during EMS ISD Board of Education meetings has been moved to the 5 p.m. report session of a regular meeting or the beginning of special-called meetings. This change complies with laws passed during the 86th Texas Legislative Session regarding open meetings.

Public Comment: Special Board Meeting:
Individuals who wish to address the Board must appear in person at the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Dr. Jim F. Chadwell Administration Building between 4:20 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting to complete a Public Comment Request Form and submit it to the District Communications Office.
Public comment is scheduled at the beginning of the meeting at 5:00 p.m. and will be limited to agenda items only.
