Bugging Out (Fall 2026 grade levels 1-2) - June 1-4

Learn and explore different types of insects, build insects, research insects and hunt for insects in their natural habitat. 

Dancing Through Summer (Fall 2026 grade levels 4-8) - June 1-4

Do you love to dance and make friends? Then Boogie on over to Dancing Through Summer!

Mud and Masterpieces (Fall 2026 grade levels 1-6 and 7-12) - June 1-18 Monday through Thursday

Create masterpieces with Mrs.Gamboa! We will learn about sculpture techniques, create together, and leave a better artist than before!

Culinary Camp I (Fall 2026 grade levels 6-8) - June 8-11

Come make your favorite foods in a professional kitchen with a real chef

Middle School STEM Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 6-8) - June 8-11 

Incoming EMS ISD 6th, 7th, 8th grade students are invited to attend a Discover STEM Camp that combines design principles, hands-on-labs, engineering challenges, digital investigations and career exploration. The camp is for students currently attending EMS ISD only. Please sign up for ONE session ONLY.

Passport to Adventure Art Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 2-3 and 4-5) - June 8-11

Join us for an amazing week of painting, drawing, sculpting, and more at Passport to Adventure Art Camp! Travel around the world through unique art projects that you create. 

Looking Beyond the Mirror - Girls only (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-5) - June 15-18

Young girls need a healthy body-image and good self-esteem to cope with the pressures of their world. 

Camp Social Skills I and II (Fall 2026 grade levels 1-2) - June 15-18

This group is for 1st-2nd grade boys and girls and will focus on building social skills.  

Camp Thoughts, Feelings, & Actions (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-5) - June 15-18

This camp is for boys and girls who could benefit from learning to manage their anxiety and/or anger.  

Culinary Camp II (Fall 2026 grade levels 6-8) - June 15-18

Taske around the World Cuisine in a class designed to teach the basics of culinary and baking techniques. 

Make a Coloring Book (Fall 2026 grade levels 2-4) - June 15-18

Students will use pencils and black markers to learn to draw shapes, characters, and backgrounds. Students will take home a collective coloring book on the final day.

Creatures and Critters Art Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 2-3, 4-5) - June 15-18

Join us for an amazing week of painting, drawing, sculpting. You will design unique artistic creations featuring animals, birds, and insects!

Watercolor Week (Fall 2026 grade levels 4-6) - June 8-11

Your child will learn watercolor techniques and create summer-y florals, fruits, and more in watercolor. Student gets to keep the supplies (watercolor paint set, brushes, and paper). 

Elementary STEM Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 2-5)

Location: Highland Middle School - June 22-25

Location: Creekview Middle School - June 29-July 2

Elementary STEM camp is for students that will be in 2nd-5th grade in the Fall of 2026. The camp is for students currently attending EMS ISD only. Elementary STEM camp is offered at Highland Middle School and Creekview Middle School. Please choose one location, as space is limited. Academic and behavioral accommodations are not available for this camp. Students that are in 5th grade for the 2025-26 school year should register for our Middle School STEM Camp. 

Glitch Fix (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-5) - June 15-18

Glitch Fix is an opportunity for boys to build confidence and strengthen their social skills. 

Sewing and Service (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-5) - June 15-18

In this hands-on sewing class, students will learn basic sewing skills as well as take part in a service project, sewing items that can be donated to help others in our community. 

PACE Enrichment Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 2-6) - June 15-18

Gifted and talented students will participate in a variety of challenging activities in the areas of science, math, and creative thinking skills. 

Take the Stage (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-6) - June 15-18

This is an elementary theatre camp. Students will be exposed to all aspects of theatre, including the technical side, like sets, makeup, lighting, and costumes.

Swinging into Tap (Fall 2026 grade levels 8-12) - June 15-25 Monday through Thursday 

Let's make some NOISE! Middle and High School students can join us in learning the exciting Art of TAP and Swing dance. Students will learn the basics of Tap dance and a mix of individual and partnered styles of Swing. 

Backpacking 101 (Fall 2026 grade levels 9-12) - June 22-25

This is a hands on Summer camp designed to build confidence, responsibility, and practical outdoor skills. 

Stage FX Makeup 101 (Fall 2026 grade levels 7-12) - June 22-25

Let your imagination run wild as you explore the science and artistry that is stage and movie makeup!  

Camp Champ (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-6) - June 22-25, June 29-July 2, July 13-16, July 20-23 

Beat the heat and have a blast with friends at Camp Champ! Compete with friends in dodgeball, kickball, parachute games, basketball, tag games, and more!

EMS Creative Writing (Fall 2026 grade levels 6-12) - June 29-July 2

This camp is for boys and girls grades 6-12 looking to expand their world through story-telling and creative writing. 

Woodshop Basics (Fall 2026 grade levels 9-12) Dates will be announced soon

Students will learn an introduction to basic woodworking tools in a safe shop environment. Students will take home some small woodcraft projects. 

Reuse, Recycle, Create! (Fall 2026 grade levels 3-5) July 13-16

In this hands-on summer camp, young artists will dive into the word of scuplture. Artists will explore "creative reuse" by reimagining discarded items. 

EMS ISD Middle School Band Camp (Fall 2026 grade levels 7-8) July 13-23 Monday through Thursday

This two-week camp is open to band students entering grades 7 & 8 in the Fall of 2026. Students will work in sectionals and in full band and perform a concert on the last day of camp. Campers will also enjoy a trip to the Main Event and a water park. They will also receive a camp t-shirt.   

Broadway Bound (Fall 2026 grade levels 7-12) - July 13-23 Monday through Thursday

Do you love to sing, dance, and act? This two-week camp will take you from auditions to rehearsals to a final performance of a musical, where costumes, sets, props and lights will be combined to create a wonderful production. The final performance will be on July 17th.  

Elementary Summer Reading Camp - Booked for Adventure (Fall 2026 grade levels K-5)  June 2026

Travel the World Without Leaving the Library! World Traveler's Reading Camp is an engaging literacy and enrichment program designed to inspire a love of reading while exposing students to cultures around the globe. Through weekly themed books, hands-on activities, and dedicated makerspace time, students will explore new countries and perspectives in a fun, interactive way. No registration required.

Camp Invention Spark (Fall 2026 grade levels K-6) - June 15-18

Inspire innovative thinking with fun-filled STEM experiences designed to spark creativity and a love for learning. Risking K-6 campers will collaborate with friends to tackle hands-on, open-ended challenges. They'll team up with robotic capybaras, ride the waves of entrepreneurship, uncover the power of protecting their ides and build their own DYI space rocket! Each experience is designed to spark confidence, build persistence and create unforgettable summer memories. Camp Invention Illuminate (Fall 2026 grade levels K-6) - June 22-25 

Your child's curiosity, creativity and confidence will soar with our program, Illuminate! Campers rising in K-6 will team up with friends in hands-on, open-ended challenges designed to deliver an unforgettable summer packed with imagination-stretching fun. They'll design their own light-up ball game, explore the science of illumination, tackle global water challenges and star in a prototyping game show!
