Carla Hardy has been active in public education for 20 years as an assistant principal, high school and middle school choir director, accompanist, and vocal coach. In August of 2012, the Hardy family moved from Lubbock to Fort Worth to open the doors of Chisholm Trail High School, where both Jared and Carla served as choir directors. In addition to building the tradition of excellence in Chisholm Trail Chorale, the Hardy’s started the Ranch Hands and Ranger Renaissance programs, partnering with students to help build the identity of Ranger Nation. After leaving the classroom, Mrs. Hardy served Chisholm Trail as an assistant principal before joining the Fine Arts team in EMSISD.

Mrs. Hardy graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance in 2002 and Masters in Education in 2013, both from Wayland Baptist University. Carla and Jared were the 2018 Distinguished Alumni for Wayland Baptist University. Mrs. Hardy was proud to be named as a Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction in 2016, Teacher of the Year for Chisholm Trail High School in 2018 and 2020, Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD’s Secondary Teacher of the Year in 2018 and the Jostens Renaissance National Educator of the Year in 2018. Mrs. Hardy's choirs were consistent recipients of UIL Sweepstakes awards, and her students were repeatedly selected as TMEA All-State Choir members, TCDA Honor Choir members, and TSSEC Outstanding Soloists. Carla serves as clinician and judge for regions and choirs all over the state while speaking on social and emotional learning, student leadership, and educational climate and culture at state and national conventions. 

The Hardys have two awesome kids, Jakob and Lily, who are extremely active in Fine Arts on their campuses in EMSISD. Carla is an avid reader and fan of Texas Rangers Baseball and Texas Tech Athletics. 

Stacy Donalson is proud to serve as the Assistant Director of Fine Arts for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, bringing over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, fine arts advocacy, and student development. She has held Assistant Principal roles in Keller ISD, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, and Aledo ISD, where she led and supported comprehensive programs in Band, Choir, Theatre, Dance, and Visual Arts. 

Throughout her career, Stacy has launched innovative student initiatives, spearheaded recognition programs for students and staff, led campus branding and social media efforts, and contributed significantly to campus safety, instructional leadership, and professional learning. She is a frequent presenter at educational conferences, a nominee for various district honors, and an active member of multiple leadership coalitions. Stacy also serves the broader educational community as the Region 11 Coordinator for the Texas Association of Secondary School Principals and as a presenter for their Summer Workshop series. 

Stacy holds a Masters degree in Education Administration from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication & Advertising and Dance Education from Texas State University. Her deep-rooted passion for the arts is reflected in her early career as a nationally recognized dance team director and performer for professional teams including the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Texans, and Houston Dynamo. 

She is married to Kyle Donalson, and together they enjoy cheering on their daughter, Kinsey, who keeps them on their toes year-round with her sports activities. Outside of work, Stacy cherishes spending time with family and friends and is dedicated to supporting the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD community.
