Substitute Duty Hours

Duty hours for substitute teachers vary in EMS ISD, depending on the grade level assignment. If employed for a full day, the sub is expected to remain on duty for the entire day and follow the time schedules as the regular teacher unless advised otherwise by the building principal. At the end of the day substitutes will have dismissal duty and need to stay until end of day (EOD).
