The teacher pay scale starts at $60,200 for beginning teachers.
In addition, employees are provided:
- 3 weeks vacation for year-round employees (after 10 years of service)
- Lump sum payouts at retirement for accrued leave (5-25 years of service pays up to $10,000, 26 years or more pays up to $15,000)
- $1,000 longevity yearly stipend (after 10 years of service)
