• Welcome to the Elkins Elementary UIL page! Please review the documents below. Then fill out the form to allow your child to participate in tryouts. 

     

    University Interscholastic League (UIL) programs are academic clubs that will practice one day a week. We will be competing in specific events based on grade level. For more information on each event, visit: http://www.uiltexas.org/aplus/events. Since we have limited contestants allowed in each category, tryouts are needed. If your child is interested in trying out for a UIL team, please fill out the form below by Tuesday, January 14 to sign up your child for tryouts. Please review the attached documents before completing this form. Tryouts will be after school on Wednesday, January 15. We will let the children know who made the team by Friday, January 17.

     

    Important Dates

    Wednesday, January 15 - tryouts after school until 4:00 pm (pick up at the horseshoe)

    Friday, January 17 - teams will be announced

    Tuesday, March 24 and Saturday, March 28 - competition
