Mr. Winkley is the one of the Choral Directors at Chisholm Trail HS and chiefly directs the Ranger Vocal Band, or RVB. He grew up in Midland, TX and then went on to graduate Cum Laude from Baylor University in the Spring of 2018 with a Bachelor of Music Education Degree. Currently, Mr. Winkley is in the midst of his second year of teaching and is having a blast! He is engaged to Maria Rechtorovic who teaches elementary music in a neighboring school district.
