Required Documents for students entering grades kindergarten - 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year through Limited Open Enrollment

Please note that official school documents are required. Screenshots from a parent portal will not be accepted and could delay the application review process. An incomplete application will not be processed and any falsification or intentional omission of information shall cause the application to be denied or revoked.
  • The most recent report cards for each grading period or semester, or verifiable curriculum progress reports
  • Current and previous school year attendance records
  • For students served in special education, Section 504, Gifted and Talented, or Emergent Bilingual programs, the most recent applicable IEP, Section 504, GT, and TELPAS Testing documentation is required
  • Current and previous school year discipline records
  • The most recent standardized test results including, but not limited to, STAAR, EOC, mCLASS, MAP assessments or any equivalent assessments
  • The most recent transcript and graduation plan (high school students only)
