Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District can't wait to welcome you and your family to our school community! Choosing the right school district is a big decision, and we are truly honored that you've chosen to partner with us in your child's educational journey. Whether you're registering your very first kindergartner or returning with multiple students, we've made the process simple and convenient. Our user-friendly online registration system is designed to help you complete everything quickly and confidently. And if you ever need assistance, our friendly campus and district staff are ready to help every step of the way.

New Student Enrollment and Returning Student Verification for the 2026-2027 school year is now open for all new, current, and returning EMS ISD families. Enrollment must be completed online through Family Access, making it easier than ever to get your student ready for an incredible year ahead. 

Important Note:

  • Students are eligible to enroll in kindergarten if they are 5 years of ago on or before September 1 of the school year in which they seek admission in accordance with Board Policy FD (LEGAL).
  • Parent/Guardian(s) registering new students for the 2026-2027 school year should select the New Student Enrollment button below.

Enroll a New Student

Home Language Survey

Please print and complete the Home Language Survey Form only if your student is enrolling in a Texas school district for the first time. If your child has attend another Texas school district, please obtain a copy of the original Home Language Survey from that district. The completed form or original copy must be provided to your child's campus. Submission of this form is required to finalize your child's registration.
