Save Your Spot: EMS ISD World Languages Academy begins soon

Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD is pleased to offer the World Languages Academy for the second consecutive year. This unique language enrichment program provides a way for parents and their children to learn a language together and build cultural awareness. Taught by certified EMS ISD educators, the program currently offers courses in Spanish I, Spanish II and American Sign Language, with additional courses being considered for future sessions as the program continues to grow.

The 2018-19 classes will be held on Mondays from 6-7:30 pm at EMS ISD's Hollenstein Career and Technology Center, 5501 Marine Creek Parkway in Fort Worth, 76179. Registration and orientation is scheduled from 6-7 pm on Monday, September 17. Additional program details:

  • Open to Grades 2-5 (with parent/guardian) or Grades 6-8
  • Free to EMS ISD students; Adult: $50 one session or $80 for both sessions
  • Fall Session: September 24 - December 3 
  • Spring Session: January 28 - April 1
