EMS ISD is proud to announce that our district has decided to move forward with the expansion of the online Let’s Talk! customer service tool at all campuses after a successful pilot program during the 2017-2018 school year at Boswell High School, Ed Willkie Middle School, and Comanche Springs Elementary.
Through Let’s Talk!, we’re making it even easier for you to reach us about anything related to your child’s experience at school. For example, you can useLet’s Talk! to discuss curriculum requirements or campus policies and procedures affecting your child, ask questions about a school program or activity, share concerns or compliments, or provide administrators with general feedback or ideas. Whatever is on your mind, we want to hear it. And because it’s online, it’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which means you can ask questions and share comments whenever they come to you!
District leaders have been using Let’s Talk! at the district level for several years and it has proven to be a valuable resource for connecting with our community about the things that matter to you most. If you’re not familiar with the Let’s Talk! system, here’s how it works:
Please know that you are always welcome to reach us via email or phone, and this system is not meant to replace face-to-face meetings when needed or preferred. Let’s Talk! is another avenue to make it easier for you to connect with your child’s school. In addition, Let’s Talk! allows us to track our responsiveness and provides you the opportunity to rate our service. We’ll see where we are already providing great service and identify areas where we might need to improve. It’s another way we are continuously working to serve you better.
