Parents: Your opinions needed on annual climate survey

All Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD parents are invited to take part in this year's District and School Climate Survey. Each year, we ask for parents’ feedback on important topics including educational programs, district and campus leadership, facilities and operations, budget and finance, communications, and safety and security. The 2018-2019 survey window will close Friday, March 8.

“The best school districts make it a priority to collaborate with their communities — using feedback to create the best possible environments for our students and staff to learn, work, and succeed,” said Dr. Jim F. Chadwell, superintendent of schools. “The annual parent survey is one avenue to gather parents' insights, opinions, and suggestions that help us better serve our students and our families.”

Parents should check their email for a personal invitation and survey link. They can also participate by clicking HERE, or by requesting a paper survey from the EMS ISD Communications Department. The online survey is available in both English and Spanish, and is compatible with any computer, tablet, or smartphone.

The district has partnered with independent research and communications firm K12 Insight to administer the survey and compile the results. All responses are completely anonymous to the district and strictly confidential. K12 Insight’s final reports will share only the overall findings, not individual comments or responses.

We encourage you to take 15-20 minutes and share your thoughts; your feedback will be used by both district and campus leaders in planning and decision-making for the coming school year. If you have questions about the survey, please contact EMS ISD Communications at 817-232-0880.
