Class of 2019 takes the stage

The EMS ISD graduating Class of 2019 takes center stage to commemorate their achievements and transition from high school seniors to alumni on Friday, May 31, at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Saginaw High School is at 10 am, Boswell High School is at 1:30 pm, and Chisholm Trail High School is at 5 pm and each ceremony will be streamed live through the Boswell Sports channel on Facebook. Watson High School’s ceremony is Thursday, May 30, at 7 pm at Chisholm Trail High School's Performing Arts Center and will be streamed live through the EMS ISD YouTube channel.

In total, EMS ISD graduates have received scholarships and awards totaling more than $18 million and have been accepted to more than 100 colleges and universities as well as military service and the workforce. Congratulations to the Class of 2019!

Boswell High School celebrates the achievements of 410 seniors. BHS graduates will be represented among 95 colleges and/or universities and nine have enlisted, with several more in the process of enlisting, into the U.S. military. In addition, the Boswell Class of 2019 boasts one National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Scholar, 19 AP Scholars, eight AP Scholars with Honor, five AP Scholars with Distinction, and one National AP Scholar. Chisholm Trail High School celebrates the achievements of 412 seniors. CTHS graduates will be represented among 35 colleges and/or universities and 30 have enlisted into the U.S. military. In addition, the Chisholm Trail Class of 2019 boasts one National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Scholar, 17 AP Scholars, eight AP Scholars with Honor, and 10 AP Scholar with Distinction. Saginaw High School celebrates the achievements of 428 seniors. SHS graduates will be represented among 82 colleges and/or universities and 12 have enlisted into the U.S. military. In addition, the Saginaw Class of 2019 boasts one National Merit Scholarship Program Finalist, 40 AP Scholars, 16 AP Scholars with Honor, 17 AP Scholars with Distinction, and three National AP Scholars.
