Creekview Middle School wins district UIL academic competition

Creekview Middle School students hold the title of District UIL Academics champion.

Creekview Middle School was named champion of the District UIL Academics competition held in February, earning first place in the sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade divisions.

Wayside Middle School took second in the sixth- and eighth-grade divisions, and third in the seventh-grade division. Prairie Vista took third in the sixth- and eighth-grade divisions and second in the seventh-grade division.

From six EMS ISD middle schools, a total of 575 scholars and 16 coaches participated in the February 15 event. Events included:
