Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD will receive the TASBO Award of Merit for Purchasingand Operations with Recognized Status. The award is provided to school districts and Education Service Centers statewide that are committed to following professional standards in the acquisition of goods and services. EM-S ISD will be recognized on Thursday,February 27, 2014 at the 68th Annual TASBO to be held in Austin, TX. In determining Award of Merit designees, TASBO reviewed various procedures and practices including: organization, policies & procedures,contract operations, staff training and certification, p-card systems (if applicable), warehousing, use of technology, communication and management of co-operative programs.
