• Amanda Soza, Head Director

    Mrs. Soza is originally from Lewisville, Texas. She has been dancing since the age of 3. Growing up she attended Dance Xpress where she trained in ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz and contemporary. While in high school, Mrs. Soza served on the Lewisville High School dance team, as a Farmerette for four years. She was a Jr. Lieutenant and Senior Captain, and received several awards including Farmerette of the Year and Most Dedicated her senior year. Mrs. Soza also graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Kinesiology Dance Science. During her time at A&M she trained in ballet and modern, and had the opportunity to perform in various dance shows. Mrs. Soza also participated in the Undergraduate Research Scholars program, along with three other students. Their research has since been presented at the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science annual conference, as well as being published. After graduating from Texas A&M, she participated in the Disney College Program, where she was able to work for The Walt Disney Company, at Disney World, in Florida. Mrs. Soza has worked at Saginaw High School for six years. She was the assistant dance director and is now the Head Dance Director and Student Council Advisor.
