• Cross country is one of the first sports offered for students to participate in. Cross country has a short, but rewarding season. There are roughly 5-6 meets with daily practice.  Cross country runners will focus on healthy eating habits, endurance, proper form, and muscle recovery. 

    It is advised that any athlete looking to become successful in athletics join Cross Country for its short season.  You can play any sport including football or volleyball and participate in cross country at the same time as we work together with each other and are accommodating. 

    Cross country practices will be in the mornings and the only equipment required are some decent running shoes.
