We are ready to roll out workouts for our first week of distance learning! We are going to keep it fun and simple this week.
Please take the time to do a 20 minutes of physical activity of your choice.
This can include walking, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups, shoot around, playing catch, jumping up and down stairs etc. just make sure you go for 20 minutes. Make sure to login to Canvas and enter your response for our Week 1 Workout.
Have fun with it! Take your family, brothers, sisters and pets with you. Enjoy your time with the family!
