W-2 Information

Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD is required by the IRS to furnish all employees with a Form W-2 for each calendar year to be used in completing the employee’s annual tax returns. The Form W-2 details the employee’s compensation and tax withholding amounts for the year.

Employees may choose a method for receiving their Form W-2 statements by completing the Electronic W-2 Disclosure Statement through Skyward in Employee Access. Employees have two options to choose from - either to consent to receive an electronic version or to receive a paper version of their Form W-2 Skyward Employee Access - Payroll W2 Options

Form W-2 Statements for tax years 2008 - 2015 are available through Skyward in Employee Access for current employees:

To obtain Form W-2 Statements prior to 2008, download the Request for IRS Form W-2 and fax the completed document to (817) 232-0238 ATTN: Payroll Department
