• True Time Administrators/Supervisors

    Please use the below resources to assist you with the approval process for your staff’s True Time timesheets.  Remember, timesheets are NOT to be approved until all Edits are made and all Time Off requests approved/denied for the week you are approving.  For the submission and approval timeline, please reference the image below.

    Timekeeping Process

    1. Employees clock in/out throughout week
    2. Employees request adjustments by Friday afternoon
    3. Supervisor makes adjustments by Monday afternoon
    4. Employee submits timesheets by end of day Monday
    5. Supervisor approves timesheets by noon Tuesday
