EMS ISD TrailBlazers Shine at Area 11 Special Olympics Bowling Competition

The EMS ISD TrailBlazers Bowling Team competed in the Area 11 Special Olympics of Texas Bowling Competition, held at Bowlero in Watauga.

A total of 31 athletes represented EMS ISD, competing against five other school districts in the area. All TrailBlazers returned home with medals in their divisions, showcasing their hard work and skill.

Bretagne Galbreath, TrailBlazers coach, said, “The EMS ISD TrailBlazers were stupendous at the SOTX bowling competition! All our athletes competed with courage, boldness and good sportsmanship. This is the first bowling competition for me to watch, and the experience for us as coaches has been such a joy. The smiles on their faces say it all. We are so proud of each of them.”
