• Board Meetings are held at the Administrative Services Building at 1200 Old Decatur Road.

    Study session and Public Comment Period - 5:00 p.m.
    Closed session - 6:00 p.m.
    Regular meeting - 7:00 p.m.
     
    Both the 5:00 p.m. and the 7:00 p.m. sessions are open to the public. Beginning September 1, 2019, the public comment period during EMS ISD Board of Education meetings has been moved to the 5 pm reports session of a regular meeting or to the beginning of special-called meetings. This change complies with laws passed during the 86th Texas Legislative Session regarding open meetings.
