    Timelines for Placements

All student observation placements requests must be submitted no later than the dates listed below:

    • New Fall Semester Deadline – September 2nd
    • New Spring Semester Deadline – March 31st

Observation requests may take up to 7 to 10 days to process once all the required paperwork is received. Once a candidate has been approved, they will be notified by email and placed on the Approved Student Observers List (the list will be updated throughout the semester). Candidates will contact the campus secretary directly to schedule their observation hours, as well as obtain information regarding specific campus procedures. Campuses will only allow the candidates that are on the approved list to conduct observation hours at their campus.
