  • How do I sign in to Canvas?

    The easiest way to access Canvas is by uwing our Single Sign-On. Sign in with your standard district username and password. 

    If you cannot get signed in to Canvas, please email Alfonso Perez or call 817.847.2990 to request a Canvas account.

  • I do not see the email invitation. Can you resend it?

    Employees were added to the Compliance Bundle courses, and email invitations were automatically sent from Canvas (Instructure.) If an employee has adjusted their notifications in Canvas, they may not receive the email invitation.

    The easiest way to access a class if you do not see an invitation is to enroll yourself to the appropriate course using one of the links listed above. click the appropriate link, sign in to Canvas and enroll in the course.

  • I serve multiple campuses. Do I need to complete the course for each campus or just one?

    You will only need to complete the Compliance Bundle course once for your Home campus. The administrators on the other campuses can unenroll you or you can contact Alfonso Perez (aperez01@ems-isd.net) to unenroll you for the additional courses.

  • I've finished the entire course. How do I get credit?

    Campus Administrators have access to the course and will be able to check for completion there. There is no need to submit a written (or PDF) certificate unless requested by an administrator.

    Campus Principals will provide specific directions on how they want TEACHERS to submit the T-TESS Refresher certificate.
