Bids available on the Online eBid System
For bids available on EMS ISD Online eBid System, vendor must register in order to respond to the bid. Bid responses shall be provided on the Online eBid System only (no paper responses).
All Other Bids available in the Current Bid Opportunities
All other bids found on the Current Bid Opportunities site can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking on the title of the bid. The document contains all required bid forms, specifications, and information. The bid/proposal must be executed and submitted to the Purchasing Department using the forms provided and in the manner specified therein. Bid responses shall be sent to Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Purchasing Department, Attn: Lucia Cieszlak, 1200 Old Decatur Rd., Bldg. #6, Fort Worth, TX 76179.

Questions and Addenda
If you have questions concerning the bid specifications please contact the Purchasing Director. Only the EMS ISD Purchasing Director is authorized to answer questions regarding bid specifications.
Only written Addenda shall be binding. Any information you obtain from the end-user will not be legally binding and can be cause for your bid being rejected.
The official opening date/time is shown in the Bid/RFP document. Information on this website is for quick access only and does not constitute a binding date/time. In case of discrepancy, the date/time in the Bid/RFP document will prevail.
